INSTALLATION Follow these instructions before operating your freezer: 1. Freezer should not be exposed to direct sunlight or any heat source. Heat causes the compressor to work harder. 2. Provide adequate air circulation. Allow at least 2 inches clearance between the wall and the condenser, and a minimum of 12 inches clearance above the freezer. -

START-UP OPERATION Caution: For newly delivered unit, please wait for at least 4 hours before plugging to a power supply to allow oil in the system to settle. 1. WHEN AND HOW TO DEFROST Defrost your freezer when ice accumulation reaches ¼ inch thick in the freezer layers.
