Cat.# 713-302
1. Loosen the Clamp Knob all the
way by turning it counter clockwise.
The leading "cap" should be flush to
the upper jaw.
2. Place the Clamp over the drapes with the Clamp holes under
sliding pins and "squeeze" the jaws tight on the rail.

turning it clockwise.
