EZPull PSK-RX2 User Manual

EZPull PSK-RX2 is a personal, portable,
wireless receiver designed for instantly
converting any Skeet field for use with
EZPull's VR2-FT_Pro voice activated
wireless remote. The PSK-RX2 is designed
to connect instead of the pull cord on the
skeet field. The PSK-RX2, is waterproof
and durable. It operates from 4 x AA
batteries and is isolated from the trap
machines so you can use it with virtually
any trap machine.
Installing the plug: Find out what type
of plug is used on the pull cord on the
skeet field at your club.
Source the same plug and connect the
three wires of the cord from the PSK-RX2
according to the table below:

Black High House
White Low House
Operating the PSK-RX2:
1. Remove the battery door and install 4 AA batteries according to the polarity marked in the
battery compartment. Close the battery door and carefully tighten the retaining screw. The
Yellow light should be blinking.
2. Verify operation with the VR2-FT_Pro (see instructions for TX-2/VR at
https://ezpullers.com/downloads-and-support/
[B] keys the Red light one the PSK-RX2 turns on indicating target release.
3. Turn off: Press and hold the ON/OFF key, the Red and Yellow light will alternate. When the
Red light goes solid, release the key.
Warning: Stand clear of the trap machines for the next steps.
4. Replace the pull cord with the plug you installed on the PSK-RX2
5. Press and release the On/Off key on the PSK-RX2, the Yellow light blinks every second and
the unit is ready to release targets.
Power management: the PSK-RX-2 is designed for approximately 100 hours of operation using
fresh AA batteries. To conserve battery life, the PSK-RX-2 automatically turns off after 15 minutes of
idle time (no targets released for 15 minutes). Otherwise, remember to turn the unit off when not in
use.
