OPERATING THE KNIFE To Assemble and Use Ensure the appliance is unplugged. Attach the blades, holding them by the Plastic Guard and sliding the rivet on one blade into the keyhole of the other so Keyhole Rivet that the blades are flat against each other. Connect the blades to the Motor Housing by hold- ing the blades together with the Plastic Guards (cutting edge facing down). -

CARE, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE 1. Unplug the knife Press/slide the Safety Button forward. With the safety button still pressed, press and hold the blade Eject But- ton. Grasp and pull the blades by the Plastic Guards to remove them from the Motor Housing Separate the blades by holding the Plastic Guards. -
