This instruction manual contains important information necessary for the proper assembly
and safe use of the appliance. Read and follow all warnings and instructions before
assembling and using the appliance. Follow all warnings and instructions when using the

- Page 3 • Model YSNFM-HT-100NB is equipped with a CGA No. 600 connection, make sure the cylinder is disconnected when the appliances is not in use. And only cylinders marked "Propane" shall be used; • Model YSNFM-HT-200 is equipped with an appliance regulator, and connect to RV gas supply system with a listed hose.

Make sure all the plastic packing material is removed before assembling Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list and assembly diagrams as necessary. It is advised to have two people assemble the unit.
