Purpose...
The VID-
HOND1V4
allows you to
add up to 2
video signals
(DVD, VCR, rearview camera, game console, etc.)
to the factory navigation systems in the Honda
vehicles listed below.
Note: The VIDHOND1V4 provides video input only.
To input audio signals, you will need an additional
interface (sold separately - see below).
The SoundGate VIDHOND1V4 works in the following vehicles, only when they are
equipped with a factory Navigation System with the 12-pin connector at the Nav unit (for
20-pin connectors, please see VIDHOND2V4):
HONDA
2004-2006 Odyssey
2006-2008 Ridgeline
2004-2008 Pilot
Audio input interfaces (required if you need to input audio signals also):
AUXHOND3, or VIDFM8T or VIDFM40T - All vehicles

ultra-reliable surface-mount
construction, and advanced firmware design, to
flawlessly match the video signal from the new
sources to the factory system. The VIDHOND1V4
is also equipped with brightness, color, contrast
and tint adjustments to allow you to get the best
quality picture possible.
