  • Page 3 注意事项 操作控制器之前请务必详阅以下注意事项，避免因人为的疏忽造成系统损伤甚至人体本 身的安全。 控制器默认设置为上电自启动，即交流电上电后自动启动主机，当主机交流电没下电而  主机又处于关机时，再次启动需要按主机上的开机按钮。 控制器关机可以通过 web 界面上开关机按钮软件关机或直接按主机上的开关键进行关  机，切忌直接拉闸断电等直接切断电源的方式关机，直接拉闸等关机方式可能造成主机 硬件的损坏。建议控制器正常关机后再切断电源。 控制器推荐放置在专门的机房机架上使用，避免在超出产品温度、与湿度范围，或者多  灰尘的环境中使用。当灰尘积累过多时，可以拆开控制器前面板适当清理积累的灰尘。 务必保持周围有散热空间，以利于散热。 控制器由于长时间关机（比如寒暑假的长时间断电关机），可能导致无法开机启动或黑  屏等硬件故障，此时进行清除 CMOS 或拔插内存等操作可能解决此故障。建议控制器 避免长时间不开机。 控制器建议在保证节能环保的前提下，在使用中避免频繁开关机，做到综合统筹使用，  更能延长主机的使用寿命，最大限度的发挥其使用价值。由于控制器的类服务器性质， 导致其更适应长时间的开机工作。 请勿使用非本产品配备的电源线， 由于电路设计的不同， 将有可能造成内部零件的损坏。  确认电源线是否有破损或者连接不正确的情况发生。如有发生破损，请尽快与锐捷客服 联系，更换良好的线材。 避免边吃东西边使用控制器，以免污染机器造成故障。  避免让纸张碎片、螺丝及线 头等小东西靠近控制器的连接器、插槽、孔位等处，避免  短路及接触不良等情况发生。 请勿将任何物品塞入控制器机箱内，以避免引起机箱短路，或是电路损坏。  请不要自行拆机，非专业人员自行拆机会后可能会造成机器故障问题。...

    Q-Code 指示灯 主板跳线介绍 清除 CMOS 跳线 对控制器直接进行拉闸断电关机，或者由于控制器内部长期积累过多灰尘等皆可能造成 CMOS 故障。导致上电后无法启动、或启动后黑屏等现象。此时可以通过清除 CMOS 操作 使其恢复到出厂设置，来解决此问题。 表 6 CMOS 跳线说明 跳线名称 作用描述 跳线操作 1.关机后切断电源； 2.将 CLRTC1 路线帽由 【1-2】 （默认值） 改为 【2-3】 约 5~10 秒钟（此时即清除 CMOS），然后再将跳线帽改回【1-2】； 3.插上电源开机； 4.当开机步骤正在进行时按<DEL>键进入 BIOS 设置界面， 重 新设定 BIOS。 5.如果上述步骤无效，请断开主板上的电池并再次移动跳线帽 （如步骤 2）来清除 CMOS。在 CMOS 清除后，再重新安装 CLRTC1 CMOS 清除跳线...

    与内存插槽上的安装方向是契合的） 3.将内存条插入插槽中，若无错误，插槽的卡扣会因为内存条安装而自动扣到内存条的凹孔 中。 控制器的安装 安装环境 为保证控制器能正常工作，安装场所需满足下列要求： 控制器推荐使用 600mm 宽，深度≥650mm 的服务器机柜。对于深度过小的机柜，  可能导致导轨无法安装或上架后机柜门无法关闭等问题。 应该在 RCM1000 机壳两侧及后面留足 30cm 空间，以便空气流通，确保散热正常  进行。在连接上各种缆线后，应整理成线束放置在配线架上，避免挡住进风口。 为保证设备正常工作，室内需维持一定温度和湿度，如果室内长期处于恶劣的温、  湿度环境，将会对设备造成损坏。RCM1000 设备对环境温、湿度要求：长期工作温 度 0ºC～40ºC，短期工作温度-10ºC～50ºC，长期工作湿度 10%～90%，短期工作 湿度 5%～95%（短期工作指连续不超过 48 小时和每年累计不超过 15 天）。 灰尘对设备运行是一大危害。室内灰尘落在机体上，可造成静电吸附，使金属接点  接触不良，尤其室内相对湿度偏低时，更易造成这种静电吸附，影响设备寿命，容 易造成通信故障。 RCM1000 对室内灰尘含量有一定的要求， 避免在灰尘飞扬或脏乱 的环境中使用，以免引起系统故障。 请使用调节式不间断电源（UPS），以免服务器受到电源波动和临时断电的影响。...

    安装注意事项 1. 在安装或移动 RCM1000 的时候，请确保断开电源。 2. 请确保安装螺钉牢固可靠。 安装步骤 1.将固定闩安装到机身两侧； 2.将导轨安装到机架上； 3.抬起服务器并装入导轨上方； 具体安装说明请参考装箱附件清单中的导轨安装 SOP。 常见故障诊断排除 本章节介绍控制器使用常见故障案例以及相应的诊断处理建议。 常见故障 开机不加电：机器插好电源线后按开关按钮机器不上电没反应，加电指示灯不亮。  上电启动后显示器无显示：按开关上电开机后显示器上没有显示信息输出。  内存容量显示异常：操作系统显示内存容量和物理内存容量不一致。  键盘、鼠标不可用：键盘、鼠标无法正常操作使用。  USB 接口问题：介绍无法使用 USB 接口时的处理方法。  诊断排除说明 开机不加电的诊断与排除现象描述：按电源键后，控制器前控板指示灯（加电状态指示 灯、硬盘状态指示灯） 不亮，同时 KVM（显示器）无显示输出，控制器机箱风扇不转 动。 操作步骤：...

    Product Introduction The RCM1000 series includes RM1000-Office, RCM1000-Edu, and RCM1000-Smart. The RCM1000 uses the Intel Xeon E3-1200 V5 series processors. The memory module supports a maximum of four 2133 UDIMM DDR4 slots and ECC. The storage module supports a maximum of six hard disks with SATA3 6Gb/s ports and two M.2 (NGFFNGFF 2280/2260/2242) PCIE SSD cards.

    Front view The device supports four 3.5-inch/2.5-inch hot pluggable hard disks. The structure of the front panel facilitates operations on the hard disk. The Power and reset buttons, LED indicators, VGA, and two USB 3.0 ports are located on the front panel. Rear view Ports are provided at the rear side of the device for connecting external devices.

Unlock a DIMM socket by pressing the retaining clip outward. 2.Align a DIMM on the socket such that the notch on the DIMM matches the DIMM slot key on the socket.

     The cabinet with a width of 600 mm (23.62 in.) and a depth of more than 650 mm (25.59 in.) is recommended for the RCM Server. For other cabinets with insufficient depths, the guide rails may fail to be installed or the cabinet door fails to be closed after racking.

    Procedures 1. Fix the fixing latches on the two sides of the device. 2. Install the guide rail on the frame. 3. Lift the server and pull it onto the guide rail. For details about the installation, see the Guide Rail Installation SOP in the packing list. Common Troubleshooting This chapter describes common fault cases, and relevant diagnosis and suggestions during the use of the RCM Server.
