    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL FRONT PANEL AND KNOBS Disassemble the screws under the front panel like shown above picture. Pull the knobs like shown way above picture.
  • Page 4 BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Push upon the clip and turn the knob like shown in the above picture to disassemble the knobs. Disassemble two screws which are shown in the right picture above in order to change encoders. After disassemblying knobs and terminals on the front panel, pull the panel like shown in the above picture.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Timer Remove the terminal connections to change the digital timer. Push upon the pawls of the timer to remove it.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Cooling Fan Motor Remove the socket terminals of cooling fan motor. Remove the connections of cooling fan cover on the fan duct. Unscrew the screws on the top insulation cover, then change the cooling fan motor.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Capillary Thermostat Unscrew the connection screws on the inner panel and remove the terminals of the thermostat. After disassemblying the rear panel, pull the thermostat bulb to remove.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Switch Unscrew the connection screws on the inner panel and remove the terminals of the switch. Note: After changing the switch, electrical connections needs to be done following the circuit diagram. Seal Open the door of the oven.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Lamp Remove the lamp lens by turning it from innerside of the oven, then disassemble the rear panel. Remove the socket connections on the lamp, then remove the lamp by taking out from its pawls. Limit Thermostat Remove the rear panel.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Top Heating Element Remove the rear panel. Then, space the insulation wool gently to remove the socket terminals. After that, unscrew the connection screws from inside of the cavity. The heating element will be free. Bottom Heating Element Remove the rear panel.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Ring Heating Element Remove the fan cover. After that, unscrew the connection screws of the ring heating element. Then, remove the terminal connections of the heating element.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Fan Cover – Fan Motor Unscrew the connection screws from inside of the cavity to remove the fan cover. Remove the nut on the impeller by turning to anticlockwise via a proper wrench. Remove the rear panel.

    BUILT IN / BUILT UNDER DOUBLE OVEN PRODUCTS SERVICE MANUAL Catalytic Panel Unscrew the connection screws on the edges to remove the catalytic panel. Unscrew the two connection screws shown below. After that, remove the panel from its pawls below.
