  • Page 5 Wissenswertes über Stress und dessen Entstehung Wissenswertes und zusätzliche Informationen Stress hat immer zwei Gesichter. Zum einen gibt es den positiven Stress, auch Eustress genannt. Der Disstress beschreibt den negativen Stress. Ohne positivem Stress gäbe es nur wenig Erfolge im Leben. Bei der Erzeugung des Eustress sendet der Körper Hormone an das Gehirn, um somit die Aufmerksamkeit zu erhöhen und die möglichst höchste Leistungsfähigkeit zu erlangen.
