    The Sertus Pod Max is a single-shaft smoke extraction system designed to integrate with either the Sertus Multi-Zone System or a third-party fire system. When a fan start signal is received from the fire panel the system will run the smoke extraction fans accordingly by means of a duty and standby Inverter motor drive.

    The measured Battery voltage is displayed at the bottom of the System Idle Screen. The displayed example represents 23.25V DC.     On receiving a Fan Start input from either the Sertus Multi-Zone System or a third-party fire system the Sertus Pod will initiate in MOE mode and run the Duty Fan at the speed set in DR51. When the system is in this state the System Running BMS Output will activate and the panel mounted LEDs will be as follows: –...
  • Page 10 This operation can be initiated when the Sertus Pod is idle or running in MOE mode. On receiving an Off input from either the Sertus Multi-Zone System or a third-party fire system the Sertus Pod will stop the Duty Fan. This mode CANNOT be overridden.
  • Page 11 This operation is only active when the Sertus Pod is running in MOE mode. On receiving a Pressure Switch input from either the Sertus Multi-Zone System or a third-party fire system the Sertus Pod will run in Pressure Switch mode and run the Duty Fan at the speed set in DR50.
