- Page 4 UV-365HCR Setup CORD REEL INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION Lamp-Ballasted Models (Ceiling Mount) •Select a location within proximity to an electrical outlet. Eyebolts •Suspend the lamp assembly from a suitable ceiling mount. Connect a chain to the ceiling mount. Next, fasten the chain to the eyebolts located on the topside of the unit. Make certain the unit is balanced.
