Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing this BIOTEK product, we are sure that you will be satisfied with it. ERA is an original product, designed and manufactured at the BIOTEK facility in Italy. BIOTEK has been producing device and accessories for permanent make-up, professional dermopigmentation and tattooing since 1985. -

Each treated customer is entitled to receive a new set of disposable accessories. Always maintain maximum hygiene and safety in the use of your device. Use original BIOTEK accessories or compatible cartridges. 9. INFORM AT I ON FO R WAST E D I SP OSA L The cartridges act as a needle disposal container and can be disposed of without further protection, however they are considered special waste and must be disposed properly. - Page 7 Take the supplied connection cable and insert the connector (A) into the handpiece outlet (B). The connector is inserted with a simple but firm pressure. Insert the other end of the cable (C) into the output of the BIOTEK Console (mod. B4U) or an alternative power supply compatible with an RCA connector.
- Page 8 Needle exit adjustment To carry out a procedure it is necessary to use an original BIOTEK or compatible accessory (cartridge). The cartridge consists of a single unit consisting of a tip or tube which contains the single needle or several assembled needles inside.

The operator will be able to choose from a wide variety of types of tips available depending on the type of treatment to be performed and the operating method. Consult the current price list to view the BIOTEK range available. The ERA handpiece can also use compatible universal cartridges. - Page 10 The device does not require any ordinary maintenance, other than cleaning and disinfection. If the need for extraordinary interventions arises, contact only the BIOTEK laboratory in Milan. For no reason is it permitted to intervene on the device arbitrarily or by personnel not authorized by the BIOTEK laboratory in Milan.

Biotek direct offices, had a malfunction/manufacturing defect manifested within the warranty period (12 months from the date of purchase), it must be shipped at care and expenses by the customer to BIOTEK in Milan for the repair. Under no circumstances will it be possible to issue a refund to the customer if the deadline for requesting a refund has already passed (see point 5). - Page 12 Biotek. 23. 3 IF the order was placed directly through the Biotek online shop and the return is requested within the technical times set out in point 5.1, BIOTEK will accept the return only and exclusively if the returned goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging , accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice.

• Non usare l’apparecchiatura se si constata la non tenuta di assemblaggio della cartuccia. • Un componente danneggiato deve essere sostituito al più presto presso il centro di assistenza BIOTEK di Milano. • Eventuali riparazioni possono essere eseguite solo da tecnici BIOTEK o da personale autorizzato da BIOTEK. - Page 18 Ogni cliente trattato ha diritto a ricevere una nuova dotazione degli accessori monouso. Mantenete sempre la massima igiene e sicurezza d’uso della vostra attrezzatura. Utilizzare accessori originali BIOTEK o cartucce compatibili. 9 . IN F OR M AZI ONI PER LO SMALT I ME N TO DE I RI FIU T I Le cartucce, fungono da contenitore getta ago e possono essere smaltite senza ulteriori protezioni tuttavia sono considerate rifiuti speciali e come tali devono essere smaltiti.

Inserite l’altra estremità del cavo (C) nell’uscita della Consolle BIOTEK (mod. B4U) o di un alimentatore alternativo compatibile con ingresso RCA.

L’operatore potrà scegliere tra una vasta varietà di tipologie di punte disponibili in funzione del tipo di trattamento da eseguire e del metodo operativo. Consultate il listino in corso per visionare la gamma BIOTEK a disposizione. Il manipolo ERA può utilizzare anche cartucce universali compatibili. - Page 22 L’apparecchiatura non prevede, oltre la pulizia e la disinfezione, nessun intervento di manutenzione ordinaria. Nel caso sorgesse la necessità di interventi straordinari, rivolgersi solo al laboratorio BIOTEK di Milano. Per nessun motivo è consentito intervenire sulla attrezzatura in modo arbitrario o da parte di personale non autorizzato dal laboratorio BIOTEK di Milano.

Biotek, avesse un malfunzionamento/ difetto di fabbricazione manifestato nel periodo di garanzia (12 mesi dalla data di acquisto), esso dovrà essere spedito a cura e costo del cliente a BIOTEK di Milano per la riparazione. In nessun caso sarà possibili eseguire un rimborso a carico del cliente se sono già decorsi e termini per richiedere un rimborso (vedi punto 5). - Page 24 BIOTEK la sua decisione di recedere. 23. 2 Per acquisti effettuati tramite rivenditori online o fisici, che non siano Biotek srl, il cliente è tenuto a rivolgersi direttamente alla società da cui ha acquistato il bene. Biotek srl non accetterà resi, sostituzioni o riparazioni da clienti che non abbiano acquistato direttamente da Biotek.
