When this button is pressed during play, the DP-840
returns to the beginning of the current selection. Each
time the button is pressed, the DP-840 skips the
selections backward. When this button is pressed
while pressing the play switch (m), the DP-840
returns to the previous selections.
© Forward search button/fast forward button (>> )
When this button is pressed during play, the DP-840
goes to the beginning of the next selection. Each time
the button is pressed, the DP-840 skips the selections
forward. When this button is pressed while pressing
the play switch (m»), the DP-840 goes to the following
selections.

Press to enter the play mode.

When this button is pressed during playback, the
pause indicator lights and the DP-840 enters the
pause mode.
To resume playback, press the play switch (»). When
the pause button is pressed twice, the laser pick-up
returns to the beginning of the disc and the DP-840
stops.
