• Suitable fixings to suit installation medium

Installation
To allow for maximum installation flexibility, installers are supplied with both the recessed unit and the skirt required to
convert it into a surface-mounted unit. For surface-mounted installations, installers must drill their own fixing holes in both
the skirt and the unit itself.
1. Lay skirting down on a soft, flat surface, lip side down.
2. Mark and drill holes for fixings on skirt. RBA recommends 2-3 fixings on each side of skirt.
3. Lay unit down on a soft, flat surface, door side up.
4. Open unit and remove the waste receptacle and any supplied documentation. If unit is equipped with a friction catch,
you may experience some resistance the first time it is opened.
5. Close unit and flip over to reveal underside.
6. Mark and drill holes for fixings on underside of unit. RBA recommends 2-4 fixings behind the paper towel dispenser
and 2-4 behind the waste receptacle.
7. Secure skirting to wall with suitable fixings [supplied by others], ensuring it is level.
8. Slide unit into skirting and secure in place with suitable fixings [supplied by others].
9. Replace waste receptacle.
