My Miniware DT71 no longer starts up. When charging I see display information DFU: v3.55. 5.168V. When using it, the display is black.

Your Miniware DT71 may not be starting up and showing a black display while charging due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. Firmware Issue: If the firmware is corrupted or not properly installed, the device may not boot. You can try upgrading the firmware by following these steps:
- Download the latest DT71 firmware from the official website.
- Insert the DT71 controller into the Data Cable's 5.5mm female socket.
- Connect the Data Cable to your PC using a USB Type-C cable.
- A removable disk (with an 8-character name) should appear on your PC.
- Copy the .hex firmware file to the root directory of this disk.
- Once the file changes to .rdy, restart the DT71.

2. Static Electricity Damage: Static discharge can damage the DT71. Ensure anti-static precautions are taken when handling or connecting the device.

3. Environmental Conditions: The device should not be used in humid, flammable, or explosive environments. Moisture or improper conditions may cause malfunction.

4. Hardware Damage: If the device was dropped, exposed to shock, or physically damaged, it might not power on. In such cases, contact after-sales service for inspection or repair.

5. Battery or Power Supply Issue: A faulty battery or USB cable may prevent proper charging and startup. Try using a different USB Type-C cable and check the charging source.

6. Disassembly: If the DT71 controller or test arms were disassembled, the device cannot be repaired and may no longer function.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact after-sales service for further support.
