The ePro Select vacuum model EV2738 may smell like a burning belt due to several possible reasons:
1. Clogged Filter or Dust Bin – A blocked filter or dust bin can cause the motor to overheat, leading to a burning smell. Ensure the filter is clean and completely dry before use. 2. Vacuuming Prohibited Materials – If the vacuum has been used to clean up objects like hot coals, cigarette butts, or burning materials, it could cause a burning odor. 3. Obstructed Accessories – Blockages in the accessories or airflow path might cause excessive motor strain, leading to overheating. 4. Overheating Motor – If the vacuum is used for an extended period or in a hot environment, the motor may overheat and emit a burning smell. 5. Battery or Electrical Issues – If the lithium-ion battery or internal electrical components are malfunctioning, it could produce an unusual odor.
Check for obstructions, clean the filter, and allow the unit to cool down before further use. If the issue persists, discontinue use and seek professional assistance.

Randomly shuts off- seems like this is common with this thing. Both Batteries fully charged, no clogs in pole or filters. It has only been used a handful of times. Have reset by releasing button. Anything I have missed?

Possible causes for the ePro Select EV2738 randomly shutting off despite fully charged batteries and no clogs include:
- The dust bin may be full and needs to be emptied. - The dust bin may not be properly fitted to the main body. - The filter may be missing from the dust bin or not installed correctly. - The unit may not be fully recharged (double-check charging contacts and placement in the stand).
Check and correct each of these to ensure proper operation.

The ePro Select EV2738 batteries may not charge after the initial lights turn on due to the power adapter not being securely plugged into the wall outlet or an issue with the electric wall outlet. Ensure the power cable is securely connected and try a different outlet.

If the ePro Select EV2738 stick vacuum runs for a short time and then shuts down despite having clean filters and a fully charged battery, release the trigger to reset and resume operation. If the tool still does not work, the battery may need to be recharged. Ensure the battery is in good condition and properly connected.
