    Before using your oven 1. Read all instruction included in this manual. 2. Wash all accessories in hot soapy water. 3. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble them in the oven. Plug the oven into outlet. 4. After re–assembling your oven, run it with Upper & Lower Heating function for 15 minutes at highest temperature to eliminate any packing residue what may remain after shipping.

    Touch Screen DISPLAY ICONS To show current heating temperature and timer while operation. BEEPER 1, When oven is plugged, it beeps 1 time, as well as in each press of touch screen. 2, When oven is with errors, it beeps every second and shows ERROR NUMBERS. 3, When you press START / PAUSE button, it beeps 1 time.
  • Page 6 LAMP 1, Press once to light inner lamp of oven. Lamp icon is flashing and will be OFF after 30 seconds. 2, Press for 3 seconds to keep inner lamp lighting. Press once to turn lamp off. 3, The lamp can be controlled when the oven is in operation. CONVECTION 1, When the oven is operating, press once to activate cool back convection (only fan is working).
  • Page 7 3, Press once more to active upper & lower heater icon. When it’s flashing, please switch the knob to select temperature. FUNCTION SELECTION 1, When the oven is plugged, all function icons are lightened, including upper heater, lower heater, upper & lower heaters, rotisserie, fermentation, as well as defrost. 2, Press an icon to select a function.

    Care & Cleaning Warning: Be sure to unplug the oven and cool it before cleaning. If desired, wipe the walls with a damp sponge, cloth or nylon scouring pad and mild detergent. DO NOT USE STEEL WOOL SCOURING PADS, ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR SCRAPE THE WALLS WITH A METAL UTENSIL, AS ALL OF THESE METHODS MAY DAMAGE THE CONTINUOUS CLEAN COATING.
