CHARGE

1. The product should be fully charged when firstly used or after a long-time stored. The indicator flashes during the charging time and lights off when the battery is fully charged. It only takes 120 minutes to fully charge your kitchen scale
   
2. Please use a Micro USB with a 5V charger with a current that is less than or equal to 2A. A charger with a voltage greater than 5V is not allowed.
3. It is recommended to charge the appliance every 3 months if it is not in use for a long term period.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use caustic/abrasive cleaning agents.
2. Clean all the plastic parts immediately after direct contact with fats, spices, vinegar, and strongly flavored/colored foods. Avoid contact with acids, citrus juices.
3. Always use the scale on an even level, flat surface. DO NOT use it on the carpet.
4. DO NOT strike, shake or drop the scale.
5. The scale is equipped with an accurate high precision graduation sensor. Please take care of it.
6. Store the product in a cool, dry place. Place the scale at a well-ventilated place during the charge. Too high or too low temperatures affect the battery lifetime.
7. If the scale can't be turned on, please check whether it is charged enough. Please charge the appliance fully before the first use or after a long time no use.
8. Please use the appropriate charger and approved accessor.
9. This product can't be discarded as household garbage and should be sent to collection points for electrical and electronic equipment.
10. The scale is intended for home use only, not for commercial purposes.

MANUAL SHUT OFF

To maximize battery life, always press the " " button again to turn off the scale after the use. When the display shows "0" or "reading", press and hold the " " button for 3 seconds to turn off the scale.

Auto shut off occurs if the display shows "0" or shows the same weight during reading operation for 4 minutes.

WARNING INDICATORS

1. Low voltage battery
2. The scale fail to operate, please charge the battery
3. The maximum capacity has been exceeded.
   Remove the item to prevent scale malfunction.

WEIGHING PROCEDURE

1. Place the scale on a solid and flat surface.
2. Place bowl (if used) on the scale.
3. Press "ON/OFF" to turn the scale on.
4. Wait until LCD shows "0" to start weighing. Press the "UNIT" button to convert to weight mode if needed.
5. Load weighing object on to start weighing. LCD will show the weight reading.
6. If the weighing object is water or milk, press the "UNIT" button to choose volume mode and view the volume of the weighing object.

CALIBRATING PROCEDURE

To ascertain the precise weight without removing loads from the scale surface, you need to tare the scales.
Put the first load/bowl on the scale, get a weight reading. Press the "TARE" button briefly to reset the LCD reading to "0" before adding the next load/bowl. The scale is tared.
You can repeat this operation. Take off all the objects. It indicates the actual negative weight, press the "TARE" button to return estimated value to zero.

Note:
Zero/Tare Function (If an item only tared weight "0" is displayed, if an item is ≥ 100g - tared weight "0" and "TARE" indicator are displayed)
