Definition (2) - Target Button Press TARGET button for once: TRAINING TIME is called out for your customization. Eg: 30:00 means the treadmill will count down start at 30:00 and stop after 30 minutes. Press TARGET button twice: DISTANCE is called out for your Eg: 3km means the treadmill will count down from 3:00 kms and stop when 3:00 km is done, during this training, you can manually adjust speed.
