TRUCKMASTER® USE TruckMaster® is designed for the land transportation and distribution of diesel fuel with a flash point range of above 140˚F (60˚C) and below 200˚F (93˚C). Using the tank for storage, transport or distribution of gasoline and other liquids is prohibited and may result in an explosion.

    TruckMaster® – Operating and safety manual 6. HANDLING An empty TruckMaster® tank can be lifted using the handles on the sides of the tank. The weight of the lifted device must not ex- ceed the limit values specified in the Occupa- tional Health and Safety regulations for lifted items.

TRANSPORT When placed on the vehicle, the tank must be adequately secured to pre- vent displacement while respecting international and local regulations con- cerning traffic, securing and transport of cargo. Tanks have special features to allow securing of the device to the vehicle by belts.

    TruckMaster® – Operating and safety manual When handling tanks that are not equipped with automatic fill- ing nozzles, pay attention to prevent tank overflow as they do not automatically cut off the flow. Do not start pumping when TruckMaster® is empty. Therefore, the pump should be shut off immediately after draining the tank.

In particular, ensure that the structure of the tank is not compromised, all connections are tight, and the pump power cord is not damaged.
