	Coway's revolutionary cleansing technology, 「i-wave system」 This new unique water stream system of Coway provides water stream course modes customized to the conditions of the user for a tidier and more refreshing cleaning process.
	Water path & Nozzle & Toilet Cleaning function The three-stage cleaning function consists of water path cleaning for every water channel in the bidet, nozzle cleaning for the nozzles exposed to contamination and toilet cleaning to clean the inner gaps of the toilet. This three-stage cleaning function uses electrolyzed water for improved cleaning and allows you to use the product with a peace of mind.
	Stainless Twin Nozzle for Better Cleanliness With the nozzle made of stainless steel, you can wipe off dust easily and always use the product hygienically. Also, the separate cleaning nozzle and bidet nozzle keep the product more hygienic.
	Various Convenience Features: Child Mode/Night Light The Child mode is optimized for child users, considering the soft skin of a child. You can use the Child mode to cleanse a child easily and conveniently. The Night Light mode allows you to use the bidet without turning on the light of the bathroom during the night. The Night Light function is always on by default and can be turned off when necessary.
	High-quality RF wireless remote controller The remote controller for wireless communication (RF) can transmit and receive signals in all directions and greatly improves reception rate and use convenience.
	Power saving system – 'ECO GREEN system' The 'hybrid instantaneous warm water' system sets adequate temperatures quickly during use (when seated). The built-in ECO GREEN system switches the bidet toilet to the standby mode when not in use to save the electric power and lower the electric rates.
	Separated nozzle doors and dry duct fixing structure for better hygiene The separated nozzle door (2 doors) structure separates the anal area cleaning nozzle and bidet nozzle for women for better hygiene. The easy mounting/dismounting structure allows you to easily separate the nozzles and dry duct for easier and more hygienic cleaning.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Connect product to power.
Plug the power cord and press the Power button on the control panel to turn on the bidet.
The power supply must be connected for the bidet toilet to operate properly.
This product is for 120 V~ 60 Hz.
Connect the power plug to a grounded electrical outlet for 120 V~ 60 Hz(minimum 20 amps).

Open the water supply valve.
A water source must be supplied to the product for it to function properly.
After installing the product, remove the protection films on the main body and remote controller before use.

Check the remote controller status before using the product.
If the connection setting for remote controller communication (pairing) is not done or the main body's powered off, the remote controller does not operate. If the bidet does not operate even if you press the remote controller buttons, turn on the power of the main body and set the connection (pairing) of the remote controller. If the battery needs to be replaced, each time you press a button, the LED blinks three times. When the battery is discharged, the power is turned off.
✽ Batteries are not covered by the warranty. It is a consumable, and you need to replace it when it is necessary.

ECO GREEN system

• The 'hybrid instantaneous warm water' system sets adequate temperatures quickly during use (when seated). The power saving system switches the bidet toilet to the standby mode when not in use to save the electric power and lower the electric rates.
• When the ECO GREEN system is disabled: This system maintains the same temperature in the warm water tank just like the existing hot water storage type. The power saving function is off. (The system can be disabled in the special mode.)
  ✽ When you purchase the product, the ECO GREEN system is enabled by default.

After installation
Check for leakage on the water supply valve and connection hose. There must be a rubber washer between the T-shaped connector and the main water supply valve. After taking a shower or cleaning the bathroom with water, make sure to wipe off moisture on the remote controller with a soft cloth.

Prolonged periods of non-usage
If the product has not been used for a long time, clean the mesh filter, the nozzles, toilet seat, and other parts according to the specified methods.

NOTE
Remove the protective film on the remote control before use.

How to set special modes

Press and hold the 'Power' button and 'Rear' button at the same time for about 2 seconds on the control panel. All the LEDs on the control panel turn off and the equipment enters the Special mode.

• If no button is pressed for more than about 10 seconds, the specialmode is disabled.

1. Sound mode
   After entering the special mode, press the 'Power' button the control panel to select a sound mode.
   
   • When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
   • When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.
2. Sitting detection mode
   After entering the special mode, press the 'Rear' button the control panel to select a sitting detection mode.
   
   • When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
   • When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.
3. Automatic drainage mode
   After entering the special mode, press the 'Nozzle Clean' button the control panel to select a automatic drainage mode.
   
   • When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
   • When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.

4. Power saving mode
   After entering the special mode, press and hold the 'Power' button the control panel to select a power saving mode. Press and hold the 'Power' button for two seconds or more to turn on or off the Power saving mode
   
   • When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
   • When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.
5. Night light mode
   After entering the special mode, press the 'Rear' buttonthe control panel to select a Night Light mode.
   Press and hold the 'Rear' button for two seconds or more to turn on or off the Night Light mode.
   
   • When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
   • When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.

How to set the remote controller connection (pairing)
How to pair the main body with the remote controller
Pairing involves connecting the remote controller to the controller receiver of the main body. You can perform the pairing of the main body and remote controller in the following order and use your remote controller afterward.

1. Plug in the power cord, press the 'Rear' button and 'Nozzle Clean' button on the right side of the product at the same time and hold them for more than 2 seconds. A buzzer sound and the LED will start blinking. You will enter the communication connection (pairing) setting mode.
   
2. Within 15 seconds after entering the communication connection (pairing) setting mode, press and hold the 'FRONT' button on the remote controller for more than 5 seconds to proceed with the pairing of the remote controller and the main body's controller.
   
3. After pairing is completed, the remote controller's LED (seat temperature, water/dry temperature) blinks three times in orange, indicating that the pairing is finished. (However, the pairing operation is still possible even after the recommended 15 second period.)
   
   • The communication connection (pairing) setting mode is automatically turned off with a buzzer 15 seconds after entering the mode regardless of whether pairing is finished. (Complete pairing within 15 seconds after entering the paring mode or retry to set up a connection.)
   • In a case of failing of pairing, the remote controller's LED (seat temperature, water/dry temperature) blinks once in red. In this case, retry pairing again and if the problem persists, contact the customer service.

	STOP button Stops all functions in operation.		REAR button Use it to select the anal area cleansing function.
	FRONT button Use it to select the women's cleansing function (bidet).		MODE button Use it to select the basic/active move/Soothing Wash mode.
	Water PressurE button Press this button to set the water pressure to Level 1 - Level 3.		Nozzle Position button While using cleansing or women's cleansing, use this button to adjust the nozzle position back and forth.
	Seat Temp. button Use it to set the seat temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low (green) → Medium (yellow) → High (red) → Off.		Water/Dry Temp. button Use it to set the water/air temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low (green) → Medium (yellow) → High (red) → Off. This is used as the warm water temperature indicator while the cleansing/bidet function is operating and as the drying wind temperature indicator while the drying function is operating.
	Clean Bidet button Use it to run the manual Clean function. Pressing this button, you can switch the Clean method in the order of Flow Channel Clean → Nozzle Clean → Toilet Clean. Manual Clean: Recommended to run twice a day. Three-stage auto Clean can operate only if no human body is detected by the seat sensor. If you press the button while sitting on the seat, the buzzer sounds and Clean is scheduled. (When the user leaves the seat, Clean is performed.) If you press it one more time afterward, the buzzer sounds and the Clean schedule is canceled.		Dry button Use it to select the drying function. It dries the skin after using the cleansing/ women's cleansing function.
	Child Mode This function is specifically designed for children whose skin is more sensitive than adults. Press 'Rear' and 'Front' button at the same time for 2 seconds and cleansing will occur for 1 minute and drying for 2 minutes. The nozzle will position according to the size of the user and low water pressure will be used. The child function operates regardless of the seat sensor detecting a human body.

Water Path & Nozzle & Toilet Cleaning
What is the water path & nozzle & toilet cleaning function?
With the three-stage cleaning care system of the water path nozzle > toilet, you can keep the inside and outside of the bidet hygienic so that you can use the product with a peace of mind.
To use the water path & nozzle & toilet cleaning function, press the 'Clean Bidet' button.
The entire cycle of water path cleaning > nozzle cleaning — toilet cleaning is 35 seconds.
(It is recommended to use the function twice or less per day.)

• Depending on the quality of the supplied water, the electrolyzed water used for cleaning may not be generated (e.g. when you use underground water supply)

NOTE
Cleaning principle: By decomposing tap water with electricity without using any additives, electrolyzed water is generated.

Water path cleaning
This method cleanses every path of water inside the bidet so that the user can hygienically use the product without worrying about internal contamination of the bidet.

Nozzle cleaning
In this method, the electrolyzed water is sprayed on the nozzle, which is easily exposed to contamination, for cleaning the nozzle. The nozzle is cleaned not only while the two-stage cleaning function operates but also while the nozzle returns to its position after the user uses the front/rear function.

Toilet cleaning
Cleaning water is evenly sprayed to the inner area of the toilet to keep it hygienic.

While sitting on the toilet seat, press the 'Rear' button on the remote controller.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drained of cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• The program course has been optimized and designed for normal anal conditions.
  * By default, the basic (general) water stream mode is enabled.

[Active move mode]
Active move cleansing mode with strong cleansing power to sufficiently cover all the anal areas
While sitting in the seat, press the 'Mode' button on the remote controller to switch to the active move mode. When the mode is changed, the active move LED is lit. After changing the mode, press the 'Rear' button to start cleaning.

* You can change modes even if the cleansing process has already started.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drainedof cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• During anal area cleansing, the optimized program active move course operates with greater coverage power and stronger cleansing ability.

[Soothing Wash mode]
This is a sensitive cleansing mode used when the conditions of the anal area is not capable of normal conditions and require soft and delicate cleansing.
While sitting on the seat, press the 'Mode' button on the remote controller to switch to the Soothing wash mode. When the mode is changed, the Soothing wash LED is lit. After selecting the desired mode, press the 'Rear' button to start cleaning.

* You can change modes even if the cleansing process has already started.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drainedof cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• The programmed course has been optimized and designed for poor anal conditions.

Basic operation guide for cleansing

• Press the 'Move Nozzle' button to adjust its position.
• Press the 'Rear' button again during operation to run additional cleansing.
• During use, it is possible to adjust the warm water temperature, water pressure, and nozzle positionaccording to body type and preference.
• When the nozzle returns to the position after cleansing, it is cleaned automatically for about6 seconds.

For Front (Basic / Active Move / Soothing wash) cleansing

While sitting on the toilet seat, press the 'Front' button on the remote controller.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drained of cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• The programmed course has been optimized and designed for women's hygiene management.
  * By default, the basic (general) water stream mode is enabled.

[Active move mode]
Active move mode is for women who often have the feeling of incomplete when emptying of bladder and desire a more thorough cleansing.
While sitting on the seat, press the 'Mode' button on the remote controller to switch to the active move mode. When the mode is changed, the active move LED is lit. After changing the mode, press the 'Front' button to start cleansing.

* You can change modes even if the cleansing process has already started.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drained of cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• The 'Front' Active move mode has been programmed to have optimal coverage and outstanding cleansing ability designed for women.

[Soothing wash mode]
Women's Soothing wash mode to keep a wide range of area clean during menstruation or for sensitive female care While sitting on the seat, press the 'Mode' button on the remote controller to switch to the Soothing wash mode. When the mode is changed, the Soothing wash LED is lit. After changing the mode, press the 'Front' button to start cleansing.

• Before the water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle is drained of cold water so that rinsing is done at the set water temperature.
• The rinsing water will automatically stop after spraying for about 1 minute.
• The program has been optimized to operate for those who need sensitive care or for their menstruating period.

Basic operation guide on women's cleansing

• Press the 'Move Nozzle' button to adjust its position.
• Press the 'Front' button again during operation to run the additional cleansing.
• During its use, it is possible to adjust the warm water temperature, the water pressure, and the nozzle position according to body type and preference.
• When the nozzle returns to the position after cleansing, it is cleaned automatically for about6 seconds.

For Child Mode cleansing
Child mode
Sit down and press 'Rear' and 'Front' button at the same time for 2 seconds. There will be a beep sound and the child function will be activated.

• You can adjust the water pressure, water temperature, warm air and nozzle position according to the child's preference.[:WIDE Level 1 (Wide and soft spray) Level 2 (Warm water), Nozzle position: Level 5 (Maximum), Water pressure: Level 1 (Soft spray), Warm water temperature
• Cleansing water will be sprayed for 1 minute then will switch automatically to the dry function.[Drying temperature: Level 2 (Warm air )]
• The nozzle retracts after cleansing and will be automatically cleaned for approximately 6 seconds.

• Press the to adjust the position of the nozzle.
• You can adjust the warm water temperature, water pressure and nozzle position according to your preference.
• Press press 'Rear' and 'Front' button at the same time for 2 seconds while in operation for anadditional minute of cleansing.

Dry
Automatically activated when cleansing is completed.

• Warm air is emitted for 2 minutes to dry the wet areas.
  • Wipe the wet area lightly before using dry feature to speed up drying.
  • Press the to adjust air temperature.

Stop
Press this button to stop all currently operating functions.

• All current operating functions stop.
  • The dry function stops 2 seconds after the Stop button is being pressed.

Changing cleansing mode
Mode change
Press the 'Mode' button to switch to desired cleansing mode(basic/active move/Soothing wash).

• Basic: High power cleansing mode used for normal anal or women's cleansing
• Active move: Active move cleansing mode with strong washing power to sufficiently cover all the cleansing/women's cleansing areas
• Soothing wash: Sensitive cleansing mode is used when you require soft and thorough cleansing in cases of sensitive anal or during menstruation periods.
  • When using Front/Rear cleansing operation, you can change modes.

Additional functions
Dry
Press the 'Dry' button on the remote controller.

• Warm wind is discharged for about 2 minutes to dry the wet area.
  • If you lightly wipe off moisture before using the function, drying is completed more quickly.
  • You can press the 'Water/Dry Temp' button to adjust the drying temperature.
  • Press the 'Dry' button again during operation to run additional drying for about 2 minutes.
  • Press the 'Dry' button during cleansing or women's cleansing to stop the cleansing and start drying immediately

Stop
To stop operation during use, press the 'Stop' button.

• Operation of all the functions stops.
  • The drying function stops about 2 seconds after pressing the 'Stop' button.

MAINTENANCE

Installation
Be Careful!
During installation
Firmly fix the fixing nuts so that the product is not loosened from the toilet.

Installation position
The bidet is a product installed inside a bathroom, so make sure to choose a spot where water does not splash on the product.

After installation
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent damages to the toilet seat.

Cold water pipe
Make sure to connect it to the cold water pipe. (If connected to the hot water pipe, the filters and hoses can get damaged.)

When installing a remote controller
Install the remote controller next to the bidet. Before attaching double-sided tapes on the remote controller holder, make sure to remove dust and foreign substances from the surface.

How to replace remote controller battery
Insert a coin or driver into the groove and turn it CCW to make one turn, then the screws will be loosened and the battery cover will be removed. Then, replace the batteries (1.5 V AAA, 3 batteries) and fix the screws again. Turn the screw CW to seal the hole.
* Be careful not to lose the screws by mistake.

Remove existing toilet seat

1. Remove the existing toilet seat and seat cover by removing the fixing nuts.
   NOTE
   Keep the removed toilet seat in a shaded location to prevent it from being damaged.
   

Install product
NOTE
As the bidet should be installed on the toilet, ensure that water is not splashed onto the bidet.

6. Open the main water supply valve.
   
7. Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.

Install remote controller

1. Before attaching the bracket, thoroughly wipe the attachment areas with a dry cloth.
   
   • If there is water left on it, its adhesion power may be degraded.
2. Depending on the wall type, you can install using the supplied screws and anchor mounts or use the provided double stick tape on the back of the remote wall mount.
   Make sure the remote mount is fully secured with either method so that it does not fall and damage the remote control.
   
   NOTE
   • If the anchor bolts are not mounted, remote controller and bracket may fall from the wall.
   • Any caused damage by not using bolts corresponds to users' responsibility, not product defect.
3. Attach the bracket onto the wall and press the middle area with hands for more than 10 seconds.
   
   • To maintain adhesion between the double-sided tape and the sealant for a long time, itis recommended nat to mount the remote controller in the bracket for one day after attaching it on the wall
     NOTE
     If the anchors are not mounted, remote controller bracket may fall from the wall.

Cautions for keeping remote controller
Example of correct use

• If you slide the remote controller into the holder from the top to the bottom, itcan cause falling or damage of the remote controller.

Example of incorrect use
Caution for falling of the remote controller: When mounting the remote controller, make sure to push it in from the front to the rear.

• As shown in the figure, push the remote controller into the holder to insert it firmly.

1. Press and hold the 'Power' button for about 2 seconds to turn off power of the bidet.
   
2. Press the 'Nozzle Clean' button on the control panel.
   
   • The cleansing nozzle comes forward, and the cleansing water is sprayed.
   • Clean the cleansing nozzle.
3. Press the 'Nozzle Clean' button on the control panel one more time.
   
   • The cleansing nozzle returns to the place, and the bidet nozzle comes forward, shooting cleansing water.
   • Clean the bidet nozzle.
4. Press the 'Nozzle Clean' button on the control panel one more time after cleaning the bidet nozzle.
   

NOTE
If there is a noticeable reduction in water supply via a nozzle, mesh filter cleaning may be required, and it is recommended to clean once a year.

Clean the product body
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a neutral detergent to clean the bidet.
Failure to do so may result in product deformation or damage.

Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when removing and cleaning the nozzle/drying duct.
The nozzle/drying duct can be washed with water, but it must be completely dried before reassembling.
The product body and the touch sensor controller should never be cleaned with water.

NOTE

Do not use a thinner, benzene, detergents with abrasives, or rough scrubbers on the product.
Do not use alkaline or acid detergent, it may cause discoloration or corrosion.
Make sure to follow the above instructions as, unlike other surfaces, the sea is highly susceptible to scratches and rough scrubbers can scratch or peel the surface.
Do not apply excessive force when cleaning the nozzle as it may break.
Our company is not responsible for defect caused by the customer disassembling and repairing the product on his/her own. Please contact the service center when a product malfunction or defect occurs.

How to separate the nozzle duct

• Separate the nozzle duct in the vertical direction as shown in the figure.
• When separating the duct, make sure not to drop it in the toilet.

Clean the mesh filter

1. Unplug the power plug and close the main water supply valve.
   
2. Separate the bidet hose from the bidet's side.
   
3. Separate the mesh filter from the water inlet on the bidet's side.
   
   • You can use a flat nose plier for pulling out the filter.
4. Clean the mesh filter by shaking it under flowing water.
   
   • Removing foreign substances from the mesh filter abrush is more effective.
   • Do not clean the mesh filter excessively, as it maydamage the mesh.
5. Insert the mesh filter into the water inlet on the bider's side and connect the bidet hose.
   
   • Push the mesh filter in all the way to the end.
6. Open the main water supply valve and use it after connecting the power plug.
   

NOTE

• When not using the product for a long period of time, clean the filter before using the product again.
• The filter cleaning interval may differ depending on the water quality.
• Clogged mesh filter may result in low water pressure.
• If there is a noticeable reduction in water supply via a nozzle, mesh filter cleaning may be required, and it is recommended to clean once a year.

Remove the product

1. Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet.
   
2. Lock the water supply valve.
   
3. While pressing the button at the bottom right of the product, and holding the both sides of the product, pull it forward to separate it from the fixing board.
   
   • Unplug the power and remove the bidet hose when removing the product.
4. Place a bucket of 1 liter or more under the drink plug of the product.
   
5. Turn the drain cap 90 degrees counter-clockwise and pull out the drain cap outward from the bidet.
   
   • Open the drain and completely drain the water tank.

NOTE
Unplug the product if it will not be used for a long time.

Troubleshooting

The bidet may malfunction although the product is not broken, due to the user's lack of knowledge of how to use it or other minor causes. In such a situation, inspect the product regarding the below items to solve the simple issues without help from the service center. Check the following, and if the problem persists, contact the service center.

NOTE
The power-saving ECO GREEN system uses the hybrid instantaneous warm water technology to set the proper warm water temperature for the seated user and save the electricity costs.
When the ECO GREEN system is disabled, the system maintains the same temperature of the warm water tank in the same way as the existing hot water storage type, and you can use the product with the power saving function disabled.

• Do not place a bowl filled with water, chemicals, food, small metal pieces, or flammable substances on top of the product. If foreign substances enter the product, there is a risk of electrocution or fire.

If not observed, serious injury or even death may occur as a result of electrocution.

• Do not use the product if it is broken. ※ Pull out the power plug from the outlet immediately, lock the water supply valve, and contact the service center. There is a risk of electrocution or fire.

• Children, the elderly, those unable to adjust the temperature on their own, and those with sensitive skin should set the water and seat temperature to 'Low'. • Do not use the product under direct sunlight. It can cause discoloration or bleaching.
• Make sure to inspect the water feed connection part after installation for any leakage. Make sure to fix rubber packing on the T-shaped connector.
• Do not open or close the seat cover with excessive force or lean on it. It may damage or break the product. ※ The soft opening/closing function for the seat cover opens and closes the cover slowly.
• Be careful not to smear the nozzle, warm wind discharge outlet, or product surface with urine. It may cause odors or product breakdown.
• If not using the product for an extended period of time, unplug the power cord, lock the water supply valve, and drain the water tank.
• Make sure to use the new hose set provided with the product. Do not use an old hose set.
• Anyone who has an insufficient physical, sensory or mental ability (including children) must be supervised or instructed to use the product. There is a risk of bodily injury or product breakdown.
• Since the wireless device may experience signal interferences, it cannot provide services related to human life safety. In the following situations, the frequency bands from the remote controller may interfere with other frequencies, temporarily disabling the remote controller's communication function transmitting/receiving or changing the reception rate.
  • If you are out of the reception range (within a linear distance of 10 meters with no obstacle between the bidet toilet and remote controller)
  • If the remote controller's battery level is low

• If the bidet toilet is obstructed by objects that interfere with signals
• If the weather is very cold
• If there is a police station, public office, broadcasting station, military base, transmitting tower, airport, harbor, etc. nearby
• If a remote controller is being used for another bidet toiler nearby If there is a problem with the remote controller, use the side buttons on the main body to control the product. If the problem persists, contact the service center for inspection.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal. The wire with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or without yellow stripes is the grounding wire. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. This product is for use on a nominal 120 V circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A in Figure 75.1. A temporary adapter, which looks like the adapter illustrated in sketches B and C, may be used to connect this plug to a 2-pole receptacle as shown in sketch B if a properly grounded outlet is not available. The temporary adapter should be used only until a properly grounded outlet (sketch A) can be installed by a qualified electrician. The green colored rigid ear, lug, and the like extending from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground such as a properly grounded outlet box cover. Whenever the adapter is used, it must be held in place by the screw.
