Troubleshooting
Removing the Speaker Grille
Pull the speaker grille toward you to remove it.
Removing the Speaker Units.
in this system,since the speaker units are mounted on the
front panel,they can be removed easily after the speaker
grille has been removed.
Note:
When removing a speaker units,use felt or soft cloth so as not to leave
indentations or scratches on the
cabinet,speaker units,speaker terminals,
etc.
Connections to Speaker Terminals
When used to replace old speakers (see Fig. 1):
1.When replacing a pair of old speakers with the SX911WD,
cut the speaker cables (from the amplifier) at the end of
the speaker terminals.

2.Peel off about 8cm of the shielding from the tip of the
speaker cable,and insert it into the hole in the speaker
terminal.
3.Using a crimping jig with a 2-mm hole,crimp the cable
sufficiently before connecting it. If a crimping Jig is not
available,wrap the cable around the speaker terminal and
solder it.
When connecting together with as current speaker system:
Two pairs of terminals (for front and rear) are available for
crimped connection. If both pairs of terminals are already in
use,wrap the cable round the terminal ane solder it.
Note:
After connection,be sure to check the condition of connection.
Replacement of left woofer unit
Cut the Mylar ca pacitor connected to the speaker terminals
as shown in Fig.2,and keep it for future use.
Note:
A Mylar capacitor is connected to the left woofer only.
