To take apart the Amway SKY unit, follow these steps:
1. Gently pull up on the front shield until you hear a snap, then lift it off the unit.
2. Disengage the lock at the top of the HEPA filter and remove the Pre-Filter/HEPA assembly.
3. Lift the Pre-Filter from the HEPA filter using the tabs at the top.
4. After removing the filters, you should be able to access the inside and back slots of the unit.
Use caution and do not insert objects into openings. Reassemble by reversing the steps, ensuring all parts are properly locked and snapped into place.
