With the spindle off, simply pull down on the dust ring to disengage it from the magnets in the housing. Avid CNC has 2", 2.5", and 3" long brush rings available. The screw and nut can be installed on the interface plate in two orientations to make accessing the screw easier depending on the planned orientation of the dust shoe. Take note of your planned dust shoe orientation and install the screw and nut accordingly.
