If the Chromebook does not start up after you reinstall the base cover assembly, disconnect the ac power
adapter and then reconnect it to the Chromebook.

Prerequisite
Before you start, read
Generic Safety and Compliance Notices
and print the following instructions.
Note: Do not remove the keyboard when your Chromebook is connected to ac power.
For access, do the following:
1. Disable the built-in battery. Press
together with the power button for about five seconds, and at the
same time detach the ac power adapter from the Chromebook.
