1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and follow these instructions carefully and com-
pletely in order to ensure safe and proper use.
The instructions must be made available to all persons
who use the product.
Keep for future reference.
 Observe and comply with all safety regulations which are appli-
cable for your work environment.
 Use the battery set in undamaged condition only.
Inspect the battery set before use. Pay particular attention to
damage.
 Do not use the battery set after long periods of storage under
unfavorable conditions (e.g. humidity, dust or extreme tempera-
ture).
The battery set must not be exposed to direct sunlight.

Only use the battery set in compliance with the specified tech-

nical data.
 Batteries may only be charged in undamaged condition.
 Inspect the batteries before use. Pay particular attention to
leaky and damaged batteries.
 Unauthorized modification or opening of the accessory is pro-
hibited.
2 APPLICATION

Z502H / Z502O / Z505U, hereinafter referred to as "product", are
battery packs for supplying the following test instruments with elec-
trical power:

 all test instruments of the PROFITEST MASTER series
 all test instruments the PROFITEST MF series
 PROFITEST INTRO
METRISO XTRA

Z502O: all test instruments the PROFITEST MF series

Z505U:

all test instruments of the PROFITEST MASTER series

 all test instruments the PROFITEST MF series

 METRISO XTRA
Safety of the user, as well as that of the product, is only assured
when it's used for its intended purpose.
2.2 USE FOR OTHER THAN INTENDED PURPOSE
Use of the product for any purposes other than those described in
this supplement, or in the product documentation for the associat-
ed test/measuring instrument, is contrary to use for intended pur-
pose. Use for Other than Intended Purpose may lead to
unpredictable damage!
