Step 1 - Unpack QuickLIFT system and verify contents.
Remove all items from the packing tube.
* (2) Gas springs
* (2) 10mm ball-stud / washer
* (1) Hood bracket - RH (passenger) PN: 32-00037
* (1) Hood bracket - LH (driver's)

Step 2 - Gather the required tools.
Please gather the following tools before you
begin the installation:
* 13mm deep-well socket with wrench
Step 3 - Install fender ball-studs
A. Locate the hole on inner frame, just
inside hood bumper and headlight
mounting location.
B. Install fender ball-stud / conical
washer into this location using a 13mm
socket - deep well socket might be
required.
Verify that the washer cone has the
highest part on TOP. The center of the
conical washer should be highest in the
center where the ball-stud compresses
during tightening.

End-fitting
Feed stud and conical wash thru hole
into black nut
Hold black nut on lower
side - bias toward front
Ball-stud/ conical washer installed
(washer cone should be on top, highest in the center)
