Issue 1.0 16/12/99 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3.1 General Assembly Refer to Drawing Number E03567. Fit the Cable Assembly (E02624:BK) through the Case Rear (E02737:BK) and Grommet (E03141:BK) and terminate it on the PCB noting the internal cable route shown in the detail on the drawing. Locate the 5 Screw Boss Seals (E02555) and fit the PCB into the case rear carefully locating it onto the screw boss seals and secure with the 2 Screws (200104) complete with Washers (200081).

The HR20 is designed to work from a 12 V source. Protection against incorrect polarity connection is provided by D1 with protection against over-voltage spikes provided by ZD1.
