The choice and use of the power wheelchair is decided by the doctor or therapist together with the user. Carry out the following tests and switch off and on again after each test. Check that all connectors are firmly plugged in. If something yellow is Bad Cable visible, the connection may not be OK.

The most common reasons for this are Overcharging of the battery or faulty High Battery connection between battery and electronics. Check the function of the charger and all cables and connections between the battery and the electronics. The intelligent seat/light module (ISM) has detected an error in the indicator circuits of the wheelchair.

15/03/2024 The control system has detected an error when connecting the pulse generator module to the M1 output. Whether the M1 output is for the left or right motor depends on the configuration of the wheelchair and the programming of the M1 Sensor Error electronics.

15/03/2024 10. Batteries/charger Your power wheelchair is powered by two 12V gel batteries as standard (you will find more detailed information in the technical data). These batteries have been specially selected for operating the SKS power wheelchair. We recommend that you always use the same or equivalent type of batteries. Gel batteries are maintenance-free and therefore do not require special inspection.

Charging process with internal charger Insert the mains plug from the charger into the socket. The charging process starts automatically. Unplug the charger from the mains socket to end the charging process.
