    4 Assembly & Installation To assemble and install the Serenita Rise & Recliner Chair follow the below steps: 1. Insert the back cushion (A) into the metal prongs (C), located on the chair base (B). 2. Referring to the bottom of the back cushion (A) and chair base (B), connect the red cable to the red plug and yellow cable to the yellow plug.

    5 Operating Your Chair 5.1 Using the Handset The handset activates the four motors in your Serenita which allow you to sit, stand, recline and adjust the backrest and lumbar support. The handset buttons will illuminate when connected to the power supply and the chair is being operated. After a short period of inactivity, the button backlights will dim until another button is pressed.

    7 Troubleshooting This table is only a guide to aid you in getting you Serenita operating. If you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact your authorised mobility supplier.
