5 Operating Your Chair 5.1 Using the Handset The handset activates the four motors in your Serenita which allow you to sit, stand, recline and adjust the backrest and lumbar support. The handset buttons will illuminate when connected to the power supply and the chair is being operated. After a short period of inactivity, the button backlights will dim until another button is pressed.
