Quick-Start Guide
GETTING STARTED GETTING STARTED
Welcome to Arvig WiFi TV! If you haven't previously, go to my.arvig.com and register
your account. Please have the email you received from us available as reference. If you
no longer have this email, or didn't receive it, you may also use a current statement.

To change your password at a later time, return to my.arvig.com, click LOGIN, then click the
"Forgot your password" link. You will receive an email at the email address on the account
with instructions to change the password. Once completed, you will be required to re-log in
to any devices that access WiFi TV.

Connect the set-top box (STB) to the HDMI 1 port using the instructions in the box. If
you prefer a direct connection to your internet, you will need to supply an Ethernet cord.
With your TV powered on, the STB will automatically begin the setup process. If you
didn't connect an Ethernet cord, you will need to connect to your home wireless
network during this process. Have your network name and password ready, and select
5GHz if prompted.
Follow the on-screen prompts:
1. Pair the EVO FORCE 1 remote with the STB.
2. Select your preferred language on the
Welcome screen.
3. Continue using Ethernet if chosen. If you plan
to connect over WiFi, you will skip this step.
4. Transfer your WiFi network and Google
account from your Android phone if desired.
5. If you're connecting over WiFi, select your
WiFi network, then enter your password. If
you connected an Ethernet cord, you will skip
this step.
6. Once successfully connected to the internet,
the STB will download and install firmware
and system updates. This process will take
several minutes, and the device will reboot before finishing.

7. Sign into your Google account if desired.
8. Review the Google Terms of Service and select
Accept to continue.
9. Review the Google Services. You can select
each one to learn more about it.
10. Sign into Google Assistant if desired.
11. If you want your searches to display results
from all your apps, you must allow Search.
12. Choose a name for your STB to help identify it
on your network.
13. Press the OK button to advance through the
preview of features on the device.
14. Pair the EVO FORCE 1 remote with the TV. This
step may happen automatically.
Once the device setup is completed the Arvig WiFi TV app will launch immediately.
1. Review the Arvig Terms of Service, and select Accept to continue.
2. Review the Arvig Personalized Ads, and select Allow or Do Not Allow to continue.
3. Review the Arvig Viewership Data, and select Allow or Do Not Allow to continue.
Sign in to WiFi TV:
This device comes with the Arvig WiFi TV app
installed. The app should automatically launch
upon successful STB setup. If it doesn't, log in
using the username (full email address) and
password you created in Getting Started.
1. On the sign-in screen, press the OK button to
access the on-screen keyboard.
The username is the full email address you
signed up with. If you've signed in previously,
the email address may be auto-filled.
2. Press left, right, up and down on the
Controller button to highlight letters, numbers
and symbols on the on-screen keyboard, and
press the OK button to enter the character. To
access capital letters and symbols, select those
special keys on the keyboard.
3. When done, press left, right, up and down on the Controller button to highlight the
Next key and press the OK button.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to enter your password.
