3. If harm does occur, the telephone company shail, where practicable, notify you,
the customer, that temporary discontinuance of service may be required;
however, where prior notice is not practical, the telephone company may temporarily
discontinue service forthwith, if such action is reasonable in circumstances. In case
of such temporary discontinuance, the telephone company shall (1) promptly notify
you, the customer, of such temporary discontinuance (2) afford you, the customer,
the opportunity to correct the situation which gave rise to the temporary disconti-
nuance, and (3) inform you, the customer, of your right to bring a complaint to the
Commission pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Rules. Procedures for filling
the complaints can be obtained from your local dealer, or if necessary, by writing
directly to the manufacturer.
