    smarter locking 2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Metra Display ISO is a user interface device for Metra electronic locking systems. It reads ISO 15693, ISO 14443A, ISO 14443 B and Mifare compatible RFID media as locker keys and displays the locker number on a four digit LED display. Integrated 12 key washable keypad enables additional user interaction (PIN code, locker number, etc.) and can be used for locking / unlocking instead of RFID media.

    smarter locking Metra Easy Wiring (MEW) connection Up to 16 MEW slave devices (MEW Reader Terminals, etc.) can be connected to one controller board. Metra Display ISO is connected to the MEW line with Cable 3 pole 0,25. See also appropriate application manual for a specific wiring scheme(s). Connect the MEW wire to one of the 3 pole terminals marked “MEW”.

    smarter locking Mounting - Positioning Metra Display ISO has its own reader integrated, but when different type or additional reader is needed, there are some preferences: It is necessary to install “Metra Reader” near Metra Display ISO, because it is associated to display as external reader.

    smarter locking 4. SETTING MEW ADDRESS description MEW Address DIP switch  By changing the DIP Switch pins position, different MEW Address can be set. To change between different pins positions, use a small flat headed screwdriver or similar object to push DIP switch pins to desired position.
