Safety
• Warning! NEVER look into the monocular when it is pointing
directly towards the sun or a laser light source. Doing so can
result in permanent eye damage.
• Warning! Never leave the product in direct sunlight.
Because the product has lenses of different thicknesses, it
can focus the sunlight and cause a fire or become damaged.
• Do not let children play with the product.
• Never attempt to open, repair, dismantle
• or modify the product in any way. All repairs should be carried
out only by a qualified service technician.
Storage and cleaning
• Always store the monocular in its case with the covers on
when it is not in use.
• Clean the monocular with a dust brush or a soft cloth.
• Dry the monocular if it has been exposed to water.
• If the lens is very dirty, you can use a special cleaning fluid
(not included) occasionally to remove
• fingerprints, for example. Never spray the fluid directly
onto the lens. Apply it to the cleaning cloth, then use
the cloth to clean the lens with a circular motion working from
the middle outwards.
• Store the monocular in a dry place.
Responsible disposal
The product should be disposed of in accordance with
local regulations. If you are unsure of what to do, contact your
local council.

The meaning of 20–60x60 in the description of the monocular is
as follows:
20–60x indicates that the monocular has magnification settings
that range from 20 to 60x. 60 is the objective lens diameter in
millimetres.
Mounting the monocular on a tripod
Screw the tripod fastening screw (10) into the tripod thread on
the monocular (7).
When using the monocular at a high magnification, a tripod is
recommended to prevent the monocular from shaking.
Using the product
1. Always place the monocular on a stable surface.
2. Remove the covers from the eyepiece (1) and
the objective lens (6).

3. Point the monocular at the target and turn the zoom ring (2)
to the lowest magnification (20x).
4. Turn the focus ring until the focus is sharp.
5. If necessary, increase the magnification by turning the zoom
ring again and adjusting the focus until you are satisfied.
The monocular can be tilted sideways by slackening
the adjustment screw for tilt (8) and adjusting the monocular to
the desired angle.

The tilt function has four lock positions
at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock (see figure)
where it will automatically stay, but it
can be locked in any other position.
