Product Information
This timber is a highly durable softwood, & has been treated to be suited for outdoor use. It has a durability of 10
years & has a 3 year warranty.
Due to the weathering process and timber being a natural material, joints will become slightly offset & surface cracks
may appear. Depending on the climatic conditions, this can happen within only a few hours, this will not compromise
the strength of your product. Timber, even from the same tree can vary in colour & grain patter. This is a natural

Maintenance
Your furniture can be cleaned using soapy water and a stiff brush, allowing it to dry before any application of any
timber treatment. More severe stains such a splillages , bird droppings, mildew etc. can be removed by the use of our
cleaner available from all Alexander Rose Stockists, alternatively it can be lightly sanded using medium grit sandpaper.
From time to time it is neccessary to check & if required, re-tighten all bolts.
If untreated, your furniture will eventually mellow to an attractive soft silver grey. The time span will vary depending
