Light tower kit

Installation
NOTE: Install the light tower somewhere it will be
visible to the operator during system use.
1. Shutdown the system. See your Reactor operation
manual for shutdown instructions, Installation.
2. Disconnect incoming power at the source.
3. Use the lag screws (6) and gasket (2) to install
bracket (1) in the desired light tower location.
4. Guide the light tower cable through the opening in
the bracket (1) then use screws (3a), washers (3b),
and nuts (3c) to secure light tower to bracket.
5. Connect supplied accessory cable (5) to light tower
cable.
6. Open the electrical enclosure.
7. Route the light tower cable through the opening in
the bottom of the electrical enclosure to the Motor
Control Module (MCM).
8. Connect the light tower cable to the MCM in port
12 (MM) as shown in F
Advance Display Module
(ADM) Configuration
1. On the Reactor ADM, tap
go to Setup > System.
2. Set the MCM Digital Input/Output fields to drive the
appropriate signals to the light tower. See F
a. Set MCM Digital Input/Output 1-2 to Light
Tower Green.
b. Set MCM Digital Input/Output 3-4 to Light
Tower Yellow.
c. Set MCM Digital Input/Output 5-6 to Light
Tower Red.
