1. Safety Information WARNING No helmet can prevent against all injuries. Serious injury or death may occur while cycling even withahelmet.Asevereimpact,sharpobject,improperuse,orincorrectadjustmentcould compromise the helmet's protective ability.Unit1Gear,Inc.and/oritssubsidiaries makenoclaimthatthishelmetwilleliminateallpossibilitiesofinjury. For maximum protection, helmet must be fitted and attached properly to the wearer's head in accordancewiththemanufacturer'sfittinginstructions.

WARNING This helmet can be damaged by contact with common substances, including but not limited to: ammonia-based cleaners, bleach, alcohol, acetone and petroleum-based solvents such as paint-thinner or turpentine. Thisdamage may not visible. Mild soap and water are recommended to clean the helmet. Refer to the corresponding section of this manual for more specific care and cleaning information.
4. Fitting instructions Correct Position This helmet is designed to be retained by a strap under the lower jaw. A correctly fitted helmet should sit comfortably on your head without pressing or chafing and should not move forward to obscure your vision or rearward to expose your forehead. Straps should not cover the ears and buckle should be positioned away from the jawbone.

Customizing your fit The strap divider should sit just below your ear lobes and the chinstrap should sit comfortably against your jaw and neck (without causing discomfort on your throat). In order to position the strap divider, first move it upwards & downwards by sliding through the chinstrap until it sits below your ear lobes.

Fitting system Put on the helmet (with no visor installed) and with a fully open Fitting System. Once the helmet is on, tighten the Fitting system dial to fit the circumference of your head as required. The fitting system should rest comfortably against the back of your head.

Adjusting the buckle Tighten the chinstrap until it sits comfortably under your chin. You should still be able to fit a finger between the strap and your neck. After adjusting the strap to the desired length, lock the magnetic buckle bringing the two pieces close until they snap together. To undo the buckle, slide both pieces sideways as shown below.
