2.1 Automatic Network Selection

After you set the projection network to Auto or use the projection code policy of
Auto, the endpoint automatically generates a projection code based on the IP
address of the network where the endpoint is located.
By default, the projection network or projection code policy of the endpoint is
Auto. When the endpoint is connected to multiple networks, the proper network
is selected by priority: Wi-Fi > wired network > wireless hotspot.
Configuring the Projection Network on the Large Screen
Step 1 On the home screen, tap Projection to access the projection guide screen, choose

To project the image and sound of the computer or mobile phone to an
endpoint, ensure that the network of the computer or mobile phone can
communicate with that of the endpoint.
If you cannot determine whether the network connection between the
computer or mobile phone and the endpoint is normal, start the command-
line interface (CLI) on the computer and ping the network IP address of the
endpoint. If the IP address can be pinged, the network connection is normal.
You can configure the projection network of the endpoint. The projection
networks corresponding to the projection code policies are as follows:
– Auto: automatic
– Eth0: wired network
– STA: Wi-Fi and mobile phone hotspot
– AP: endpoint hotspot

● Only the following endpoint models are configured on the large screen:
IdeaHub S2, IdeaHub S2 Pro, IdeaHub ES2, IdeaHub ES2 Pro
● Configurations of Wi-Fi and trustlist are available only to models that support the Wi-Fi
function.
