  • Page 3 STEP 6 Carefully remove the front tire from the bike by sliding it directly forward, to avoid damaging the spokes or pedal arm. Then remove the front fender from the tire and set both aside. STEP 7 #6 Allen Head #6 Allen Head Remove the Seat and Seat post from packaging material.
  • Page 4 STEP 10 Trim Ring Remove any remaining packaging and any packaging left on the handlebar. Grab the trim ring and the handlebar stem from the accessory box. Note: Set Stem Plug aside for later. STEP 11 #6 Allen head #6 Allen head Slide the trim ring onto the handlebar stem.

Retighten the clamp and bolts when desired location is set. STEP 15 Sidecuts Sidecuts Remove the bike keys using a pair of Sidecuts. These are normally attached to the front handlebar harness or rear motor.

Note: Slotted holes are there if further adjustment is needed. STEP 19 #6 Allen head #6 Allen head Tighten the factory bolt to 90%, then adjust the two componenets so they are square.
  • Page 7 STEP 22 #15mm wrench #15mm wrench Attach the front tire to the front forks. The disc brake will slide directly into the brake calipers as shown. Secure using a 15mm wrench. Tighten to 40 newton meters. Note: Inspect Rear Wheel Mounting nut to ensure proper torque speci cations.

    STEP 26 Adjust the front fork sensitivity by adjusting the dial to your desired setting. Note: When adding air to the tires, be sure to match psi levels with what is inscribed on the tire. STEP 27 To remove your battery insert the key into the mount and turn clockwise.
