Symptoms
My water dispenser
does not dispense cold,
ambient or hot water.
(Only applicable to
models with a storage
tank)
Noises
Symptoms
The appliance is noisy
and generates
abnormal sounds.
Possible Cause & Solution
Did you dispense a large volume of cold water?
• Tepid water might be dispensed becasue the temperature of water inside
a storage tank rises. Wait for the water to cool.
Did you dispense a large volume of ambient water?
• The storage tank might have been empty. Wait for the water tank to fill.
Did you dispense a large volume of hot water?
• Tepid water might be dispensed becasue the temperature of water inside
a storage tank drops. Wait for the water to heat up.
Possible Cause & Solution
Is the appliance installed on a weak floor or improperly levelled?
• Install the appliance on a solid and flat area.
Does the rear of the appliance touch the wall?
• Adjust the installation position to allow enough clearance around the
appliance.
Is there an object on top of the appliance?
• Remove the object on top of the appliance.
