2. Sharpening Knives Your MEFE Power Knife Sharpener is designed for sharpening plain edged knives that are less than 4mm thick. Note: Scalloped and serrated edged knives may be re-sharpened on this machine, but the edge will gradually become plain, and the manufactures original sharpness level may not be achieved.
