To disconnect the earth cable, pull the connector in the direction highlighted and the earth cable will be loose.

    SERVICE MANUAL ODP-2 FRAME SIZE 3 IP66 (OUTDOOR RATED) 2021 PCB Removal from heatsink (Non-switched variant) Using a T20 screwdriver, remove the 3 x screws on the filter PCB. Torque setting 1.5Nm Using a pair of long nose pliers to pinch the top of the 5x plastic tabs to free the PCB (the PCB can then be lifted off).

    SERVICE MANUAL ODP-2 FRAME SIZE 3 IP66 (OUTDOOR RATED) 2021 The PCB will now look as shown opposite. The heatsink will now look as shown opposite. Note: A new power module must be used on refitting and any old heatsink compound removed off the heatsink beforehand.

The picture opposite shows the PCB with the pressure place removed. Note the cut out on the pressure plate. The cut out on the pressure plate must line up with the locating pin on the module on refitting.
  • Page 15 SERVICE MANUAL ODP-2 FRAME SIZE 3 IP66 (OUTDOOR RATED) 2021 Using a Torx 20 screwdriver, remove the 1 x screw holding the isolator in place. Torque setting 1.5Nm The isolator can now be removed. Using a pair of long nose pliers to pinch the top of the 5x plastic tabs to free the PCB.
