SLOW COOK The Slow Cook program lets you make many of your favorite recipes, using the low heat, simmering cooking of a traditional slow cooker, but with easier control. SAUTÉ Use Sauté in place of a frying or saucepan. Sautéing can deepen the flavours of your food, or can simmer, thicken or reduce sauces.
