Per garantire la continuità della sicurezza, è necessario, in caso di guasto, sostituire il modulo alimenta- tore con un ricambio originale. PURITY è costruito in modo da evitare possibili perdite convogliando l’acqua nel serbatoio interno dell’autoclave che provvede a scaricare l’eccesso direttamente nello scarico. -

Il galleggiante è fragile, operare con cura. COLLEGAMENTI Collegare il tubo di scarico per PURITY fornito in dotazione (tubo di sezione minore) al raccordo centrale del pannello posteriore di PURITY; stringere la ghiera di fissaggio. Portare l’altra estremità del tubo a un punto di scarico. -

Svuotare il serbatoio di acqua pulita della sterilizzatrice. Il serbatoio ha una capacità d’acqua per più cicli di sterilizzazione (il numero dipende dal modello e dal tipo di ciclo), e quindi non è necessario che PURITY sia sempre attivo; ma è importante ricordare che, per rendere disponibile la quantità minima di acqua necessaria per un ciclo, occorre attendere diversi minuti. -

NSK Dental Italy company or its area representative. CONFORMITY TO EUROPEAN DIRECTIVES The water processing system PURITY manufactured by NSK Dental Italy conforms to the EN 1717 norm as concerns the protection against reflux towards the main waterline. -

To ensure safety continuity also in case of fault, replace the power supply module with an original spare part. PURITY has been designed to avoid possible leaks by collecting the water into the sterilizer’s internal tank, where the water in excess is automatically discharged directly into the drain. -

PURITY has been designed to feed with demineralized water, obtained through inverted osmosis, the ster- ilizers manufactured by DENTAL X and properly configured for this feature. The sterilizer compatibility with the PURITY unit is pointed out by a square-shaped plastic cap on the main tank. -

Connect the supplied PURITY draining pipe (the pipe with a shorter section) to the central connector on the PURITY back panel; tighten the fixing ring nut. Draining water can be hot! Connect the output cable plug of the power supply module to the jack socket on the PURITY back panel and the mains plug to an electrical socket. -

3. Use instructions COMMANDS/SIGNALS The PURITY front panel is provided with the power supply switch; the switch can be left to ON for all the period during which the sterilizer is operative. Electrical consumption is limited to the feeding phase. At the end of the day, switch PURITY off and close the water supply tap. -

PURITY wurde entwickelt, um den von DENTAL X hergestellten Autoklaven, die hierfür vorgesehen sind, entmineralisiertes Wasser zu liefern, das durch Filterprozesse und Umkehrosmose gewonnen wird. Die Kompatibilität des Autoklavs mit dem Gerät PURITY ist vorhanden, wenn auf dem Ladetank ein quadrati- scher Deckel sitzt. -

Das Fassungsvermögen des Tanks reicht für mehrere Sterilisierungszyklen (die Anzahl hängt vom Modell und der Zyklusart ab), daher ist es nicht nötig, PURITY immer eingeschaltet zu lassen. Es ist jedoch wich- tig, daran zu denken, dass für das Bereitstellen der für einen Zyklus nötigen Mindestwassermenge mehre- re Minuten erforderlich sind. -

Frischwassertank vollständig zu leeren und ihn von PURITY erneut füllen zu lassen. Hört man, dass die Pumpe in Betrieb ist, aber aus PURITY tritt kein Wasser aus, kontrollieren Sie, ob der Zulaufhahn geöffnet ist und reinigen Sie eventuell den Vorfilter wie oben beschrieben. -

Die Filtereinsätze müssen durch ein neues Set ersetzt werden. Die Anweisungen für den Filteraustausch sind dem Erneuerungsbausatz beigefügt. Bei der jährlichen Wartung des Autoklavs ist es sinnvoll, die Qualität des von PURITY produzierten Was- sers mithilfe eines externen Leitfähigkeitsmessgeräts testen zu lassen.
