I am having trouble getting the sealer to work. No issues with the pin but the sealer keeps not wanting to work. I’m sure there is just something I am doing incorrectly. Thanks in advance

If the Mano Médical Seal&Cut MV1 sealer is not working properly, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Observe the system display for an error code when the alarm sounds. 2. Note the error code and refer to the error table for its description and recommended action. 3. For key-related errors (codes 501–505): - Turn OFF and then ON the generator. - Do not press any key during self-test. - Disconnect all accessories if the alarm repeats. - Check or connect the ribbon cable between the display board and front panel. - Replace the front keypad if needed. - If the issue persists, contact technical support. 4.
