Description
Carefully remove the red/blue index
from the handle with a needle end tool.
Use 1/8" Hex Allen wrench to loosen the
set screw inside the handle by turning
counter-clockwise and then remove the
handle.
Remove the locking ring with hand or a
plier by turning counter-clockwise.

- Page 2 Remove the cone cover by turning it counter-clockwise. Remove the plastic seat, rubber gasket and ball cartridge from the body. Pull out the spout to remove it from the cartridge body. Use a pin as small as 3mm to insert into the outlet hole of cartridge body and push the diverter outward.
- Page 3 Use a needle nose plier to remove the diverter and then install a new diverter. Make sure all impurity or debris is cleaned before new diverter is installed. Make sure the new diverter is properly installed to avoid leakage. A rubber mallet would be needed to hammer lightly on the diverter back in place.
- Page 4 Install cone cover back onto cartridge body by turning it clockwise. To keep its orientation correct, a little push on plastic seat is needed during the installation. Install the locking ring back to cone cover by turning it clockwise. Install the handle by tightening up the set screw with Allen wrench and then push the red/blue index onto handle with the rubber mallet.
