My NPS Alpha is blinking red and will not work anymore, I've charged it and still the same! We really liked it when it was working the past few months,

If your NPS Alpha is blinking red and not working after charging, it likely means the battery is low or not properly charged. Ensure you are using the included USB cable and allow it to charge fully. When charging, the red indicator should be on, and a flashing green light indicates a full charge. If the issue persists, try charging for a longer period or check for a faulty cable or charging port.

The NPS alpha model has several buttons with specific functions:

1. Beep Mode Button – Pressing it creates a beeping sound with a green light indicator. It is recommended to use this first, as some dogs may respond to the sound alone.
2. Ultrasonic Mode Button – Press and hold to activate ultrasonic emission, indicated by a green light turning on for 10 seconds. If needed, release and press again.
3. Torchlight & Strobe SOS Mode Button – Press once to turn on the torch, press again for SOS strobe mode, and press again to turn off.

Regarding appearance differences, the manual does not specify exact reasons for color or button label variations. However, slight changes in design, such as button placement or labeling, may occur due to manufacturing updates or different production batches.
