1.
Secure the wall bracket and arm to the solid surface with material-
appropriate hardware where you will hang the fan. A structurally
secure or solid wall/beam is best.
2.
Secure the "U" shaped yoke to the arm of the wall bracket. Use the
1/2" bolt and 1/2" nut supplied. Tighten the nut onto the bolt using a
3/4" box end wrench and ratchet with a 3/4" socket. For clearance
reasons, the "U" shaped yoke must open down.
3.
The fan head fits inside the "U" shaped yoke. Threaded studs on each
side of the fan fit through the pre-drilled holes on the yoke.
4.
Use the included cord clips and self drilling screws to secure the power
cord to the fan housing, yoke and top side of the arm. The cord clips
can also accommodate the power cord for the optional dock light.
Zip ties are included to bundle the power cords together and prevent
them from getting caught on the end of the arm when rotating the fan.

Note: DO NOT operate fan if the finger guards are damaged or missing.
ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT
The wall mount should be a solid structure
able to safely support the weight of the fan.
The fan should not be at a height that will
cause head injury to employees. Ideally, the
fan should be mounted on the top corner of
either side of the dock door, allowing the fan
to blow down into the back of the truck.
5.
Install 5/16" nut and bolt into hole
next to 5/8" bolt opposite of the
arm. This prevents over rotation
of the fan and damage to power
wiring.
