ASSEMBLY
• Slide the straight Leg Tubes (2 pieces) into Upper Foam-Covered Bar (with curved ends).
Be sure the through holes are aligned. Place the threaded portion of the closed Eyebolts with
Chains through the aligned holes and tighten in place using supplied nuts and washers (FIG. 1).
• Repeat previous step for remaining pieces except use open Eye-Hook Bolts for assembly.
• With Eyebolts with Chains and Eye-Hook Bolts facing inward and toward each other, assemble
the two halves of the Work Stand by placing them in a crossed position with both pivot-through
holes aligned. Using supplied washers placed under bolt heads, between tubes and under nuts;
place the supplied bolts through the pivot holes and install the locknuts. Snug up lock nuts to
eliminate looseness at the pivot point but do not overtighten (FIG. 2).
• Stand the entire unit upright with the rubber tipped feet on the floor and hook the chains into
the Eye-Hook Bolts using equal number of links per side. Varying the length of the chain at this
point will control the stand work height and width.
• The Eastwood Heavy Duty Work Stand is now ready for use (FIG. 3).
