Our TIG welder is a rectifier style, adopting the most
advanced inverter technology.
The development of inverter gas-shielded welding
equipment comes from the development of the
inverter power supply theory and components. Inverter
gas-shielded welding power source utilizes high-power
component IGBT to transfer from 50/60HZ frequency
up to 100KHZ, then reduce the voltage and
commutate, and output a high-power voltage via PWM
technology. Because of the reduction of the main
transformer's weight and volume; the efficiency
increases by 30%. The appearance of inverter welding
equipment is considered to be a revolution for welding
industry.
AC/DC series welding machine are our AC/DC two-
way machines. Its biggest characteristics is that DC
function can be used to weld stainless steel, alloyed
steel, carbon steel, copper and other color metals. The
AC function can be used to weld aluminum and
aluminum alloy material.
The AC/DC series machine adopts our company's
exclusive HF inverter technology. Compared with
traditional machines, it is compact in volume, light in
weight, effective in transfer, power-saving; compared
with imported machines. It is low in price, strong in
power net adaptability. What's more, it adopts twice
ther inverter technology, has characteristics of pure
square wave output, good arc force, wide cleaning

For important safety, maintnance, and use, please
read this manual and its contents before operation.
Shielding gas must be used under gas mode during
welding in order to prevent air from mixing with the
weld pool. Carbon dioxide or a mixture of carbon
dioxide and argon is suitable for shielding gas. Some
filler wires form a shielding gas from the wire's filling
as it melts thus eliminating the need for a separate
shielding gas.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Be aware that there are some risk factors connected
to welding, therefore be sure to read the guide and
follow the safety instructions carefully.
The welding gun has an overheating protector which
prevents operation when the machine is getting too
hot. The welder also has built in protection for too
high or too low voltage.
Protective Accessories
Always wear an approved welding helmet, protec-
tive gloves and sleeves. The reflecting radiation can
damage unprotected eyes while the welding arc and
sparks can burn your unprotected skin. Summit
